Lightly Breaded Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked P&D Shrimp
- ½ C Flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 C Panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Dip thawed shrimp into flour, egg, and then Panko bread crumbs.
- Heat up vegetable oil to 350-375 degrees and deep fry for 3-4 minutes, until brown.
- Serve with tarter sauce and lemon wedge. Garnish with parsley
