Where can I use promotional codes from FreshSeafood.com?

Promotional codes are valid only for qualifying online orders placed at FreshSeafood.com and cannot be used for phone orders.

Can I use more than one promotional code per order?

No, only one promotional offer can be applied per order. Promotional offers cannot be combined.

Do discounts apply to the total order amount including tax and shipping?

No, discounts and promotions apply only to the order subtotal, before tax and shipping.

Can I use a promotional code after the promotion period has ended?

No, promotional codes are only valid during the promotion period listed and cannot be applied retroactively.

Where can I find the expiration date of a promotional code?

You can find the expiration date at the bottom of the promotional email. Expired codes will not be accepted.

What happens if I forget to enter a promo code at checkout?

If the promotion period is still valid, you may be eligible to receive the discount amount as a gift card or store credit. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Are there any products excluded from promotions?

Yes, unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following items are excluded from all promotions:

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental United States and use reliable shipping methods to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all perishable orders via FedEx Priority Overnight to maintain freshness upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

What is the standard shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $45.00 for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping.

How much does shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii?

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require a flat $85.00 shipping charge.

Is shipping included with gift packs?

Yes, all of our gift packs include shipping. However, if your order contains both a gift pack and other items, you will be charged shipping for the non-gift pack items.

Do Washington state residents get discounted shipping?

Yes! We offer discounted shipping to all Washington state residents:
$25.00 flat-rate shipping
FREE shipping on orders over $100

Delivery Timing & Schedules

When will my order be shipped?

- Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 12:00 PM PT are shipped the same day via FedEx Priority Overnight (unless you selected a specific delivery date).
- Orders received after 11:00 AM PT will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Thursday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

FedEx Priority Overnight deliveries are typically completed by 8 PM, depending on your location on the delivery route.

Do you deliver to islands like Camano or the San Juans?

Yes, we do! However, for deliveries to Camano Island, Friday Harbor, Lopez Island, Shaw Island, and Orcas Island, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by ferry schedule changes or cancellations.

Does FedEx deliver on Sundays or Mondays?

No, FedEx does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

How are non-perishable items shipped?

Non-perishable items are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Shipping.

Address & Delivery Issues

Will you contact the recipient before delivery?

No, we do not contact recipients prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient is aware of the shipment if needed. Tracking information will be available once the order is processed.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check all addresses before submitting your order. If an address needs to be changed after a tracking number has been assigned, there is a $15 address change fee.

Will changing the address delay my order?

Yes, if an address change is made after the package is picked up, it may result in a 1-day delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by address changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history, track shipments, save shipping addresses, and access exclusive promotions.

How do I create an account?

Click the “My Account” or “Sign In” link at the top of the website. Choose “Create Account”, then enter your name, email address, and a secure password.

I forgot my password — how can I reset it?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in page and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a password reset link by email shortly.

How do I update my email address or password?

Log in to your account, go to “Account Settings”, and update your email or password from there. Don’t forget to save your changes!

Can I view my order history?

Yes! After signing in, click “Order History” in your account dashboard to see past and current orders, including tracking info.

How do I change my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, go to “Address Book” in your account. You can add, edit, or remove saved addresses anytime.
Note: If your order is already in process, please contact customer service immediately — changes may not be possible after shipping has begun.

How do I sign up for email offers and promotions?

You can sign up for our newsletter during checkout, through your account settings, or by scrolling to the bottom of our website and entering your email.

Is my account information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal information. You can learn more by visiting our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account?

If you wish to close your account, please contact our customer service team at support@freshseafood.com. We’ll process your request within a few business days.

CAN I USE REWARDS POINTS AT PURE FOOD FISH MARKET IN PIKE PLACE?

No, Fresh Seafood Rewards can be used for online sales at FreshSeafood.com only.

DO I NEED TO BE REGISTERED ON THE SITE TO EARN POINTS?

Yes. Account registration is quick and easy.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Current FreshSeafood.com account holders will automatically be enrolled and start receiving the benefits of the Fresh Seafood Rewards program.

HOW LONG AFTER MY PURCHASE DO THE REWARD POINTS POST TO MY ACCOUNT?

FreshSeafood.com will post earned reward points within 30 days of purchasing. Points can be redeemed immediately as long as a rewards gift card is available in the cart

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE POINTS FOR SIGNING UP FOR EMAIL?

If you are already an email subscriber, you are not eligible for additional sign up points. If you are a new subscriber, it may take 24-48 hours until the activity is recorded and points are credited to your account.

CAN I SHARE MY POINTS?

FreshSeafood.com shoppers are not allowed to give, share, or combine their points. Points are non-transferrable.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Fresh Seafood Rewards points will expire if there is account inactivity for a period of 180 consecutive days. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “account activity” means any purchases, downloading of content, uploading of content, or logging in. FreshSeafood.com will reasonably determine if an account is inactive at its sole discretion.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

Sign into your account and click My Rewards and your points balance will be displayed.

HOW MANY REWARD POINTS WILL I EARN ON MY PURCHASE?

FreshSeafood.com rewards 1 point for every dollar spent. On occasion, FreshSeafood.com may offer additional points on a particular product. You can hear about these special opportunities to buy through our email list.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?

Simply click on the word 'Register' at the very top of FreshSeafood.com and fill out the online form.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE EMAIL LIST?

There are three ways to sign-up:


1. Simply click on the words 'Email Sign-Up' at the very top of FreshSeafood.com and fill out the online form.


2. Visit our Facebook page here and click on the ‘eNews Sign-Up’ tab under the timeline cover image and input your email address.


3. Sign-in to your account with FreshSeafood.com using the ‘My Account’ button at the very top of FreshSeafood.com. Once in your account, select the ‘Edit’ hyperlink under ‘Newsletters’ and it will give you a checkbox to select to sign-up for our general email list.

PRODUCT REVIEWS:

HOW DO I REVIEW A PRODUCT?

We love to hear your feedback on our products. When you have feedback to share, please visit the product page for the particular product you’re looking to review, then click on the “Reviews” tab under the main product image. Your review will be passed along to our customer service team who will approve it. At that time, you will see your points in your account. Please note: we reserve the right to decline reviews at our own discretion if we feel they are derogatory, offensive, or use foul language. In an instance such as this, the points will not be dispersed.


REVIEW GUIDELINES:
To ensure that your review meets our criteria, all fields must be completed and an honest paragraph about the product itself must be included. We will not accept duplicate reviews or derogatory reviews about our products, as these issues should be taken up directly with our Customer Service team. Once you have submit your comments, we will assess the review and reward points to your account. Points will only be received if the review meets the criteria stated.

FreshSeafood.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Rewards Program, without notice, for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Rewards program. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the program.
