Shrimp cook in just a few minutes. Remove them from the heat as soon as they turn pink and opaque and curl into a loose "C." A tight "O" means overcooked.

What size are they?

Shrimp are sized by count per pound, and a lower number means bigger shrimp, so 16 to 20 per pound is larger than 31 to 40.

When will my order ship, and when will it arrive?

You choose your delivery date at checkout, and we ship your order overnight the day before. Because we only ship Monday through Thursday, delivery is available Tuesday through Friday, so your seafood never sits in a carrier facility over the weekend outside its 48-hour freshness window. Available delivery dates may vary with our seasonal store hours.

How is it shipped?

Overnight only — since fresh seafood has a strict 48-hour safety window once it leaves our store in Seattle. Continental U.S. orders ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Ground Overnight, depending on your location. Do you ship to my address?

We ship to residential and business addresses across all 48 continental states, plus Alaska and Hawaii at a flat rate. We're unable to ship to PO boxes, FPO, or APO addresses.
