Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 4 cups onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 10 tablespoons lime juice
- 6 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 pounds Tilapia or Halibut or Mahi Mahi (or your favorite white fish
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 avocados, peeled and sliced
- 1 cabbage head, sliced thin
- Lime wedges
- Corn tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Mix 2 cups onion, 1/2 cup cilantro, oil, 6 tablespoons lime juice, orange juice, garlic and oregano in a bowl. Spread the onion mix on a baking dish. Place fish over onion mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Turn fish. Repeat cover and chill for another 30 minutes. Stir mayonnaise, milk and remaining lime juice in a small bowl. Prepare grill on medium to high heat. Grill fish for 5 minutes. Grill tortillas until warm. Cut fish in small pieces and place on platter, along with the tortillas and remaining ingredients.
