Jamaican Jerk Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1lb Black Tiger Prawns
  • Jamaican Jerk Rub
  • Spring onions
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat Grill to Medium High

Rinse, peel and devein prawns
Generously coat shrimp with rub

Drizzle with olive oil

Toss to coat evenly

Cover tails with foil (optional - to prevent burning)

Grill for 2 min on each side

Serving Suggestion:  Jamaican Jerk Shrimp & Dirty Rice with Red Beans

  • Steam Rice and sauté Red Beans in jerk seasoning for about 2 minutes, stir to combine. Top with Jerk Shrimp and Spring onions.
