We ship anywhere in the United States! We use FedEx to ensure your seafood remains fresh and ready for enjoyment upon arrival.

      Costs

      • Our shipping and handling charge is $60.00 for flat rate overnight priority delivery via Federal Express. 
      • All Alaska and Hawaii shipments require a $85 charge for shipping. 
      • All of our gift packs include shipping, for these items only. If you order a gift pack and other items, you will be charged shipping on those items.

      We are happy to announce discounted shipping within 150 miles of Seattle with Fedex Standard Overnight Shipping.

      • $40.00 flat rate shipping fee. All orders $100 or more, ship free!
      • Orders Delivered by 8PM
      • If your order is going to Camano, Friday Harbor, Lopez Island, Shaw Island and Orcas Island, we cannot be responsible if your order is delayed due to ferry schedule delays or cancellations. 

          SHIPPING FAQ

          When will my order arrive?

          • All orders received Monday- Thursday by 12:00pm Pacific Time are shipped Fedex Priority Overnight same day (unless a specific delivery date is chosen)
          • All Standard Overnight deliveries (for Washington and parts of Oregon) delivery times vary depending where you are on the drivers route but go until 8PM. 
          • All orders received after 11am PST will be shipped next day unless otherwise specified. All orders after Thursday 11AM PST will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
          • All priority overnight shipments delivery times are dependent where you are on the drivers route. 
          • Federal Express does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
          • All non-perishable items are shipped FedEx 2 day Shipping
          • We are not responsible for contacting recipients of shipments
          • Please double check all addresses. There is a $15 change address fee after your order has been assigned a tracking number.
          • Once a box has been picked up, If an address has to be changed, it will add a 1 day delay to the arrival of your shipment. We are not responsible for this delay. 

          Can I change my address after my order has already been placed?

          We will allow an address change if a tracking number has not been assigned to your order. Once a tracking number has been assigned we cannot allow an address change. As noted above, please double check all addresses, as we are not responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect address or missing unit numbers. Boxes needing to be reshipped for incorrect or bad address will be charged full price for a new order.

          Can I change my order after it has been placed?

          If your order has not been processed and assigned a tracking number you may change your order. You will need to call in with a credit card as we do not keep credit card numbers on file for your protection.

           What if my order is for a holiday, special occasion or gift?

          We suggest that all orders for holidays and special occasions be delivered a day or two before your event takes place. We ship all of our orders overnight but due to unexpected inclement weather orders can get delayed. We pack all of our shipments with gel ice to keep your package cold and fresh for 48 hours!

            Can I ship to a P.O Box?

            Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

            Can I ship to my business or place of work?

            You can have your order shipped to a business or place of work at shippers own risk, but please keep in mind that Federal Express only gives estimated time of delivery. If this package is for a special event or for Friday delivery we ask that you please send it to a residential address. We are not responsible if your package does not make it to your place of business before closing as Federal Express delivers until 8:00PM.

            Can I ship to my Apartment building or Gated Community?

            Recipients in apartment buildings may need to be home to sign for their package. Recipients in gated communities need to provide a gate code if there is not a gate attendant. We are not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to no gate code being given at the time order is placed. FedEx drivers may require a signature if they feel the package is being delivered to an unsecured location, this will be left to the driver’s discretion.

              What is the likelihood that my overnight shipment will be delayed and arrive late than anticipated?

              Due to the increase in mail and freight shipments, some packages can be delayed. Inclement weather can also be the cause of a delay. Our shipments are packaged to go for 48 hours with gel ice. Should shipping take longer than 48 hours please email us and we will discuss your order.

              How can I send a fresh seafood order as a gift?

              Easy! Order as you would a gift for yourself and designate the proper shipping address during the checkout process. Please tell us what you would like to say in the Gift message section during check out and we will handle the rest.  

              We are not responsible for contacting gift recipients about delivery.

              Can I order large quantities from Pure Food Fish Market?

              Yes of course! For discounts on large quantities or orders over 50 pounds, please call 1-800-392-3474. We look forward to helping you with your special order!

              Can I use my own Federal Express account number for my order?

              We cannot accept third-party Federal Express account numbers.

              Please double check all addresses, as we are not responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

               

                PROMOTIONAL CODES

                • Promotional Codes are only valid for online orders placed at freshseafood.com, we cannot accept promotional code for phone orders.
                • Promotional Codes have an expiration date located at the bottom of the promotional email, we cannot accept expired codes. 
                • Promotional codes are only valid during the promotional period. We cannot retroactively apply promotional codes to orders placed before the promotional code was active or once an order has been placed.
                • If you forget to enter your promotional code during checkout, you will receive your credit back in the form of a gift card.

                Promo code and Fresh Seafood Reward point offers cannot be applied to carts retroactively - they can only be applied during the date range stipulated on the original offer. Offer excludes all Caviar, Copper River Salmon products, and wooden/cardboard gift boxes. Offer does not apply to Gift Card purchases. Online orders at FreshSeafood.com only. Offers cannot be combined. Customers may schedule shipment for delivery date of choice at checkout. All fresh orders shipped via FedEx overnight delivery. We pack all fresh orders to go for 48 hours. Please keep unexpected inclement weather in mind when selecting shipment date - we suggest allowing two days for shipping when ordering for a special event as weather can cause shipping delays.

                 

                REWARDS POINTS

                Once you have earned 2,000 points, you will earn a $20.00 rewards to be used at Freshseafood.com –online only. The more you shop the more you are rewarded!
                You must be a registered member on our site to earn and redeem rewards. Account registration is quick and easy! Start earning rewards today!

                Rewards Points cannot be combined with other offers. You may either redeem rewards points or use a promotional code, not both. 

                Rewards points are for online only orders. Rewards points are not given for phone orders.

                Fresh Seafood Rewards do expire after 6 months of inactivity (no orders placed)

                REFUNDS AND RETURNS

                • We hope no one reads this section! If your order arrives spoiled or incorrect, you have 14 days from when you order was received to notify us of a refund or reship. We do not accept returned product.
                • If the order in question is placed during the month of December, notice of a refund must be received by January 3rd.
                • Delivery to businesses or gated communities is at the shipper's own risk as Federal Express does not give a guaranteed delivery time. If asking for Friday delivery, please make sure your order is going to a residential address. We are not responsible if your order does not make it before the closing of a business as Federal Express continues to deliver until 8:00pm.
                • Refunds must go back to the original form of payment.
                • Gift Card Refunds: If you used a gift card for your purchase, your refund will go back on your gift card.
