  • -There is a 60% recovery on whole halibut, you will not receive 30 pounds of meat

 

-In compliance with CA Prop 65, Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including mercury which are known in the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm** Halibut may contain trace amounts of mercury that is found in the seawater.

Getting your fresh seafood from Pure Food Fish Market is easy! Upon completion of your order, shipments are sent overnight priority delivery via Federal Express. Federal Express does not deliver on Sundays. All priority overnight shipments are delivered by 5:00 pm.

Great tasting

Was very satisfied with the halibut but wish the head came with it so could the cheeks to cook and have fish head soup, hopefully in the future it would be included.
