Absolutely Delicious!

Received 2 lbs of large scallops. Had a few remaining "store bought" ones to finish, but I threw in a few of these fresh ones and you could see and taste the difference. Plump, tender and seared nicely. No excess water coming from them as they cooked (like those other smaller ones). Worth the price and will only be buying these in the future!
