Sesame Crusted Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 Ahi steaks
  • ½ C white sesame seeds
  • ½ C black sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 T vegetable oil for frying

Ponzu Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 T soy
  • 1 T chili oil
  • 1 T mirin
  • 1 Trnice vinegar
  • T lemon juice
  • 1tsp honey

Directions

  1. Dredge Tuna in sesame seeds. Fry in oil over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Slice Ahi against the grain. Serve with ponzu sauce.
