Sesame Crusted Tuna

Ingredients
- 2 Ahi steaks
- ½ C white sesame seeds
- ½ C black sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 T vegetable oil for frying
Ponzu Sauce Ingredients
- 1 T soy
- 1 T chili oil
- 1 T mirin
- 1 Trnice vinegar
- T lemon juice
- 1tsp honey
Directions
- Dredge Tuna in sesame seeds. Fry in oil over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Slice Ahi against the grain. Serve with ponzu sauce.
