Seafood Boil

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1lb. Fresh King Salmon
- 1lb. Fresh Alaskan Halibut
- 1lb. Fresh Cleaned Squid
- 1 lb Fresh Oysters
- 1 lbs Fresh Manila Steam Clams
- 1 lb Fresh Local Large Mussels
- 24oz vegetable stock
- 5 cups of cooked herb rice
Cooking Directions
- Step 1: Sautee King Salmon and Alaskan Halibut with olive oil and garlic
- Step 2: Add Vegetable Stock
- Step 3: Boil Oysters, Clams and Mussels for five minutes or until their shells open
- Step 4: Place Rice into deep bowl and serve seafood all over rice.
