Prawns Piccata

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp. of butter
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup salt
- ¼ cup pepper
- 1 ½ lbs. of prawns
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Juice of one lemon
- Chopped Dill
- Capers
- Green Onions
Cooking Directions
- Step 1: Saute together 1 ½ tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ¼ cup white wine, salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 2: Add 1 ½ lbs of prawns and turning once, cook for two minutes over medium on low heat.
- Step 3: Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms, juice of one lemon and chopped dill, cappers or green onions to taste.
- Step 4: Toss with your favorite freshly cooked pasta.
- Step 5: Serve Immediately.
