Paddlefish are native to major North American river systems, including the Mississippi and Yellowstone River regions. The roe makes an approachable caviar choice for appetizers and entertaining.

Getting your fresh seafood from Pure Food Fish Market is easy! Upon completion of your order, shipments are sent overnight priority delivery via Federal Express. Federal Express does not deliver on Sundays. All priority overnight shipments are delivered by 5:00 pm.
