How do I serve it?

On crackers or toast, over a salad, or in a sandwich with a drizzle of its own oil.

How should I store the tin?

Keep unopened tins in the pantry. Once opened, move any leftovers to an airtight container, refrigerate, and use within a few days.

When will my order ship, and when will it arrive?

You choose your delivery date at checkout, and we ship your order overnight the day before. Because we only ship Monday through Thursday, delivery is available Tuesday through Friday, so your seafood never sits in a carrier facility over the weekend outside its 48-hour freshness window. Available delivery dates may vary with our seasonal store hours.

How is it shipped?

Overnight only — since fresh seafood has a strict 48-hour safety window once it leaves our store in Seattle. Continental U.S. orders ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Ground Overnight, depending on your location. Do you ship to my address?

We ship to residential and business addresses across all 48 continental states, plus Alaska and Hawaii at a flat rate. We're unable to ship to PO boxes, FPO, or APO addresses.

What if my order arrives damaged or spoiled?

If your order arrives spoiled or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We're not able to accept returns once an order has shipped, so if there's an issue, please reach out to us right away.
