Fresh King Salmon are lightly salted and then hot-smoked over Alderwood coals to flakey perfection. A delicacy native to the Northwest but treasured all over the world, our smoked salmon is sold fresh-cooked and ready to eat.
- Tail cuts only, cannot substitute center cuts
- Smoked Salmon stay fresh for up to 3 days without refrigeration, 3 weeks in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months in the freezer (sealed)

The smoked salmon tails are a tasty treat. I love starting my day with smoked salmon on rye toast with a layer of cream cheese fresh pepper.
Salmon Delivery during the Cold Snap
Our salmon was delivered a day late while our steep driveway wa so slick with ice you couldn’t walk on it. I have no idea how the delivery was made but the box showed up on our door step in perfect condition. You had upgraded us from salmon tails to salmon fillets.They were delicious, as usual.
