Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds flaked, cooked salmon ( all bones, skin removed)
  • 1 ½ cups sautéed chopped garlic
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and Pepper for Taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Step 1: Place mixture in a loaf pan
  2. Step 2: Bake in an oven at 325 degrees until set
  3. Step 3: Remove loaf pan
  4. Step 4: Serve with sliced with yogurt, cucumber slices, fresh dill and lemon wedges.
