Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds flaked, cooked salmon ( all bones, skin removed)
- 1 ½ cups sautéed chopped garlic
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and Pepper for Taste
Cooking Directions
- Step 1: Place mixture in a loaf pan
- Step 2: Bake in an oven at 325 degrees until set
- Step 3: Remove loaf pan
- Step 4: Serve with sliced with yogurt, cucumber slices, fresh dill and lemon wedges.
