½ c Miso Paste
½ c Soy Sauce
½ c Brown Sugar
¼ c H2O
1 tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)
Meyer Lemon
Radish
Green Onion
Salt & Pepper

Preparation:
Soak cedar plank(s) in water overnight or at least 4 hours before grilling
Heat grill to med high
Rinse fillets in cold water and pat dry - debone the fish if needed.
Salt and pepper fillet
In a small bowl, whisk together: brown sugar, soy sauce, miso paste, H2O and meyer lemon juice
Marinate fish in miso & brown sugar marinade for one hour
Place Marinated fillets on cedar plank(s)
Grill, covered for 10-20 minutes
Slice Radish and Green Onions
Transfer to plate and top with Radish and Green Onions
