I have sought out and tasted every smoked salmon jerky I have come across from the Northcoast of California, through Oregon and Washington, all the way up to Alaska, and I can assure you - this is it. I have tried them all. I once had a very gracious and understanding friend purchase a couple pounds for me while she was in Seattle.
